The provision of a managed service to the Council for the annual rolling review of Council Tax single person discounts. Council Tax data will be cross checked to credit reference agency data to allow a risk-based approach to the review. The contractor will conduct the review on behalf of West Lothian Council and deal with all customer communications as part of the managed service.
