The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) in Cambridgeshire as the lead commissioner (on behalf of County Council and Peterborough City Council) is seeking to commission a ‘specialist VCSE (Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise) sector provider’ or consortium of providers to deliver a county-wide support service provision for victims of sexual violence. It is expected the successful bidder will be part of a co-funding arrangement.Bidders should be aware of the commissioner's intention to merge 2 existing contracts into this agreement to deliver Children and Young Person ISVA and Adult ISVA provision.This end-to-end service must ensure victims experience an identical offer of support no matter where they live in the county. The purpose of the service is to provide equitable county-wide emotional and practical support service provision for victims of sexual violence.
