Covid-19 Health and Social Care Open Framework

Regulation 32 has been used for reasons of extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable by the contracting authorities to award a framework to deliver Health and social care requirements in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. An Open framework for health and social care requirements has been put in place. The services to which this relates fall within the Light Touch Regime stated in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) and have been designed to respond to emergency situations as a direct result of the Covid-19 pandemic. NHS North Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group is the lead commissioner/contracting authority. South of England Procurement Services are the host of the framework on behalf of the stakeholder contracting authorities. All NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups, NHS Mental Health Trusts, NHS Hospital Trusts, NHS Community Trusts, as well as local authorities within the county’s of Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Surrey.
