This contract is for a Collaborative Learning Manager (CLM) that is a web based software program designed for use by all of the partners e.g. Local Authorities, Schools, Training Providers and Colleges who work together to provide extended delivery partnership. The system facilitates the linking of dynamic real-time attendance monitoring and progression. This solutions allows the Local Authority to meet its statutory requirements to assess attendance, attainment and commissioned quality for children with bespoke education packages. The solution will gather work that is currently undertaken manually by excel and email, this solution will allow data to be gathered at higher quality (due to validation f data), more timely (as will move collection to daily over weekly, increasing safeguarding) and is save manual admin costs (due to efficiency of software).
