A framework agreement for Corporate Communications comprising of the following Lots.Lot 1- Full Service, Integrated Agency and Design (able to supply, but not limited to, the following services; general advertising services, strategic planning, creative development, production, media planning, media buying as well as other related services), Lot 1a Design only, Lot 2 - Media Planning, Buying and Evaluation, Lot 3 - Audio Visual and Broadcast Production, Lot 4 - Market Research and Campaign Evaluation, Lot 5 - Strategic Public and Press Relations, Lot 6 Web Design / Web Development and Lot 7 Mobile app Development.Once established the Framework should demonstrate increased corporate approach, improved quality and financial and efficiency savings in the provision of these services.The framework will include the Devon Procurement Partnership and Somerset County Council.
