Descriptions

The purpose of this procurement is for Devon County Council to buy a service that will manage the day-to-day operation of our Data Protection and Cyber Security Awareness platform, MetaCompliance. This service will include the following activities:r r •Operational management of the Council's MetaCompliance applicationr •Management of new starters on the application whose accounts are not provisioned through our ActiveDirectory sync clientr •Design of cyber security and data protection awareness raising campaignsr •Provision of new and revised cyber security and data protection policies to staff using the MetaCompliance system.r •Implementation of cyber security and data protection awareness raising campaigns using the Council's MetaCompliance systemr •Operational support for end-users on the systemr •Regular reporting on policy completion and training compliance to help improve uptake of trainingr •Quarterly reviews of progress with campaigns.r
