South West Regional Behavioural Change Service for reducing harm caused by Tobacco and Alcohol. The South West Directors of Public Health within the Local Authorities are exploring the possibilities of procuring a behavioural change service that delivers a multi-component tobacco control and alcohol programme across the South West of England. The provider will be expected to deliver an evidence based behavioural change programme, employing a range of communications, social marketing and interventional programmes to reduce harm caused by tobacco and alcohol. Devon County Council will be tendering on behalf of the Local Authorities listed below and it is envisaged that the contract duration could be for two or more years.
