Descriptions
To provide statutory maintenance services for the Council's property portfolio's for 4 years from 1.4.2016 through to 31.3.2020. There is an optional extension period of up to a maximum of 2 years, following the initial contract period.The requirements for statutory maintenance have been split into 13 Lots. Suppliers can submit a bid for any amount of lots, or any individual lot. All lots will be evaluated separately.Please note organisations who wish to tender for Lot 8, Access Systems, Barriers, Sliding Gates and CCTV Maintenance will be required to complete and submit a confidentiality agreement, prior to the release of specific tender documents.
