To provide Consultancy support in accordance with the non-exhaustive list belowr •Data collection, aggregation and review as required to support r othe BSIP project r othe Bus Reform work stream (EP & Franchising).r •Work with the CPCA in developing a new demand model for public transport in the CPCA area in conjunction with supporting the current demand modelling as GIS mapsr •Development of a new bus network masterplanr •Preparation of full Green Book Business Case for Bus Reform, and support in the Audit stager •Facilitate the required public consultancy (as detailed in the above masterplan including organising events, materials and attendance and then feedback review as instructed by the CPCAr •Support for reconciling feedback and preparing comparison of outcomes, for Mayoral decision.
