A framework agreement covering the period from April 2022 to March 2026 for carrying outminor civil engineering works, primarily on behalf of Devon County Council but also on behalfof its Partner Organisations.Each Work Order issued through the framework will have an estimated value of between 0GBP and approximately 1 500 000 GBP. The type of works that are expected to becommissioned will be varied but will primarily involve improving, developing and maintaininghe following DCC assets: highways, highway structures, foot/cycleways, wastemanagement sites and flood risk management measures.The framework agreement will be based upon the NEC4 Framework Contract with individualWork Orders based upon the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract.The number of schemes that will be issued through the framework is currently unknown.Spend for the total framework is identified below, with historic spend data contained withinhe supplementary information found in Volume 8 of the procurement documents.
