LOT 1 Children and Young People Specialist Substance Use ServiceTier 3 specialist substance use service for children and young people aged 18 and under to commence 01 April 2024 with an initial period of 4 years with an option to extend for three 24-month periods, total maximum contract term of 10 years, subject to performance and evaluation.LOT 2 Children and Young People Targeted Substance Use ServiceTier 2 targeted substance use service for children and young people aged 18 (see exclusion) and under to screen higher risk populations throughout Derbyshire (excluding Derby City) to:• Identify young people using drugs or alcohol and other psychoactive substances• Deliver interventions aimed at reducing harm• Refer to the specialist service where more intensive support is required.To commence on 01 April 2024 for an initial period of 4 years with the option to extend for three 24-month periods, total maximum contract period 10 years, subject to performance and evaluation.
