CPU 3651 Production of Archery & Quarterstaff- Based Interactive Games for Robin Hood Gallery

Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced entities for the provision of a series of interactive Archery and Quarterstaff exhibits. NCC requires the design and production of 4 interactive exhibits themed on medieval weaponry which features in the tales of Robin Hood - two about Medieval Longbows and two about Quarterstaffs. For each of the interactives, the scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to: - The design and production of prototype versions of each experience, suitable for testing with our visitors during the development phase of this contract. - The design and production of the final version of the experience - Design of the physical interfaces - Advice on the specification of computer hardware required and the design of the exhibit housing - Production of the eight final physical interfaces - 6 longbows and 2 quarterstaffs - Assistance with the installation of the exhibit software in the gallery - Ops and Maintenance Manual plus training for the Castle's gallery maintenance team - QA and performance testing - 12-month warranty support for the physical interfaces and software from the opening of the new exhibition estimated to be late 2020.
