The Campus includes a circa 3750m² net internal area Leisure Centre, incorporating Library, Youth and Family Services Hub and a 2,250m² Neighbourhood Health Centre together with an additional small site for Commercial Development.
The Authority is seeking an architecturally led multidisciplinary design team to deliver Cranbrook Leisure Centre, encompassing a Library, Youth and Family Services Hub.
