This Contract is to support the storage and processing capacity and disaster recovery services to recover IT applications in the event of partial or total loss of the Authority's Data Centre.The selected Supplier will establish a secure data centre facility to host the Council's IT systems and manage the transition of the above services from the incumbent Supplier. This alternate data centre location will allow IT services to be set up and run from that location in event of a disaster occurring, which affects the main data centre. The Supplier will also provide support activities to the Council's Service Delivery Partner to assist with the maintenance of the Councils IT systems being hosted in the data centre.
