Threshold is looking to arrange a two-year partnership with an exceptional creative agency that understands and resonates with our goals, mission and values, and that wants to make positive social impact. The timeline for the partnership will be from Feb 1st 2022- December 31st 2023.The Creative Agency will:•Provide strategic campaign support to the Threshold fundraising team to plan and deliver annual warm and cold individual giving campaigns across a range of headings.•Create a suite of assets to support digital and direct mail campaigns.•Provide copywriting support across a range of campaigns. •Develop direct mail campaigns including client interviews, letter copywriting, lifts & direct mail packs, letter variables & support with segmentation / data segments.•Pro-actively support the fundraising team to develop and deliver donor acquisition and donor care campaigns in line with available budgets.•Liaise with fundraising team on ongoing basis. •Ensure that at all stages of campaigns; relevant learnings are collected and distributed through the necessary methods and communicated back to the fundraising team.•Demonstrate the capacity and professional ability to deliver the partnership. •Demonstrate a track record of delivering similar partnerships and provide references.•Have robust Quality Assurance Procedures.•Have full regard to COVID-19 measures, remote working, and amend all relevant policies in light of measures in this area. •Ensure work facilitates consistency, clarity and that the partnership reflects the culture and values of Threshold.
