Creative Co-Working Space Feasibility Study

Monmouthshire County Council on behalf of the Vale of Usk Local Action Group invites tender to produce a comprehensive study ‘To determine the appetite/feasibility of a tech, digital and creative co-working space(s) within the Vale of Usk Region’The study will aim to locate as many of the workers in the tech, digital and creative sectors in the Vale of Usk region. This in itself presents challenges due to the rural nature of the area and the difficulty of locating home-workers, commuters and local businesses.
