The Francis Crick is looking to procure a fully managed outsourced payroll service for up to 1,500 employee including but not limited to:— payment of monthly salaries— processing of variations in pay (such as salary changes, overtime, sickness, maternity)— processing direct mandate requests for staff (i.e. for pensions, flexible benefits, salary sacrifice schemes etc.)— reconciling deductions and making payments to 3rd parties— processing information received from the Inland revenue (such as tax code changes),— Deducting and reconciling tax and National Insurance Contributions— Making payments to the Inland Revenue and producing all Statutory Returns, including P11Ds— Provision of BACS processing— Conducting year-end processing— Providing a tax consultancy service for all Inland Revenue matters related to the payroll.— Ensuring compliance with all HMRC requirements and providing appropriate information to HMRC.— Full reconciliation of the payroll to authorised payments made to employees, statutory bodies and other third parties.— Providing a help desk service for staff payroll queriesProviding ad hoc payroll reports as requested.
