This contract covers the provision, for a three-year period, of Crisis Management Services for Nest Corporation, the delivery of which will ensure that as an organisation we are fully prepared to react quickly and accurately and optimally manage our response to any crises which may arise in future. Our requirement for Crisis Management Services can be divided into four core areas, as outlined below. Area 1 - Review Nest's current Crisis Management (CM) documentation Area 2 - Crisis Management training sessions and content for e-learning sessions Area 3 - Conduct crisis management drill exercises and live test Area 4 - Guidance and support for real-life crisis event
