Our requirement is for the provision, for a three-year period, of Crisis Management Services, the delivery of which will ensure that as an organisation we are fully prepared to react quickly and accurately and optimally manage our response to any crises which may arise in future. From 2022 onwards, Nest intends to update its CM protocols and implement a series of CM training sessions and live exercises. Our requirement for Crisis Management Services can be divided into four core areas, as outlined below. We are seeking to appoint an external provider to provide us with services for each of these four core areas across a three-year contract duration. Area 1 - Review Nest's current Crisis Management (CM) documentation Area 2 - Crisis Management training sessions and content for e-learning sessions Area 3 - Conduct crisis management drill exercises and live test Area 4 - Guidance and support for real-life crisis event Interested bidders can view the RFP for this requirement by visiting Nest's e-tendering portal at https://nesttenders.bravosolution.co.uk/, then clicking "View current notices and opportunities".
