Aim;To provide training on CRM Administration and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) version 2008 R2.Requirement;You will be required to:Lot One•Provide a one day training course for up to 4 people on CRM System Administration Training. Content will need to be agreed further with the contractor.•Deliver the training at contractor’s own premises in the South East Wales or Swansea area.•Have the necessary IT equipment to deliver the training as well as sufficient parking for delegates.•To be able to deliver the training by the end of April 2015.•To provide supporting course materials.•To attend a pre meeting with the client to agree content and delivery of the training course.Lot 2•Provide a three day training course for up to 10 people on SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2008. The main aim of the training is equip staff with the basics of Entity Relationship Modelling, the universal Structure Query Language (SQL), SQL Server Application, as well as Implementing and Maintaining Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services. Content will need to be agreed further with the contractor.•Deliver the training at contractor’s own premises in the South East Wales or Swansea area.•Have the necessary IT equipment to deliver the training as well as sufficient parking for delegates.•To be able to deliver the training by the end of April 2015.•To provide supporting course materials.•To attend a pre meeting with the client to agree content and delivery of the training course.
