NICE's strategic ambitions require both process and digital transformation. Customer and stakeholder management is a key element in realising this objective. A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system has been identified an an important digital tool to support this need. NICE already has a Dynamics CRM in use by a small number of users and we are seeking to wider this starting with NICE Advice, Implementation and Partnerships and Communications teams. All the foundational and base configuration outcomes will be designed to scale with the minimum necessary effort to the rest of the organisation in a later phase. The ITQ will be sent to a selection of suppliers.
