The National Ice Centre/Capital FM Arena has entered into a contract for the supply of Crowd Management and Security Services in a 10 500 capacity live music, entertainment and sports arena. The contract is for the screening, training, and management of appropriate staff at all levels to undertake event stewarding and security at a diverse range of events. The venue currently hosts in the region of 150 performances per annum of which 35 % are sporting events. The supplier will be required to demonstrate a proactive partnership approach to assist the venue management. The supplier will deliver a cost effective service whilst delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of public safety. The Services includes:- Event Stewarding- Event Security:- Evacuation and Emergency Planning- Customer Services- Crowd management advice and staff training
