Descriptions

The services to be procured via this commission include:

- Leading the production of a SYMCA Outline Business Case (OBC) and a SYMCA Final Business Case (FBC), including the Transport Planning input; necessary to secure the funding for the construction stage of the contract.


- This includes confirming that all necessary supporting documentation is in place (and highlighting any gaps in a timely manner).

- Updating the business case justification information from the approved existing SYMCA strategic business case and ensuring strategic alignment to both the Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) and SYMCA objectives, and inputting this into both the OBC and FBC.


- Liaison with the SYMCA Assurance Team post business case submission and addressing any queries they may have.
