NIHE requires contractors to carry out external cyclical maintenance works in North and South Regions. The project is for the provision of Works including, but not limited to:1) Any survey and design;2) Consultation with customers including design;3) Scheduling and programming;4) Installation, construction, repairs, maintenance, renewals, reinstatement or replacement works or works of improvement in respect of but not limited to:• structural components;• roof coverings, fascia’s;• bargeboards and soffits;• rainwater goods;• windows, external and communal doors;• fire safety works;• internal doors and frames;• retrofit and energy efficiency works;• play areas;• external paving;• fencing and other environmental components;• and other work identified by the Employer.See document ECM Section 1.4 Service Information for full description.
