All external concrete is to be reinforced with steel mesh.Steel Framed Building of Length 60.960m (200'), Width 15.240m (50') Roof Pitch 15.0 degrees. Cantilever 2.438m (8') to side 1.Eaves Height 4.877m (16'),Steelwork (Including web stiffeners and rafter stays)To supply for erection on prepared site and concrete foundations, steel portal frame 6.096m (20') centres with 305 x 165 x 40kg UB stanchions and 254 x 146 x 31kg UB rafters. Gable ends to have 6 No. 203 x 133 x 25kg intermediate sub-stanchions. Roof bracing to both ends. Side bracing to both ends. Also, to include CHS eave ties. All steelwork to be thoroughly cleaned and painted using our quality spray system giving a blue semi-gloss finish.PurlinsTo supply 177 16 steel purlins bolted to frame at 1.375m (4' 6") centres. Eaves beams to be galvanised steelRoof CladdingTo supply Cement Fibre 6R reinforced corrugated Natural Grey fibre cement sheets laid in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Ridge to be GHC raised ridge system. Verges to be finished with fibre cement barge boards.Roof LightsIncorporate 80 No. 1.525m corrugated 2.40kg/sq.m.
