During financial year 2022/23 the revised Service Level Agreement that is chargeable to Sellafield Ltd from Cumbria County Council under REPPIR 2019 and also under COMAH 2015 comes into effect. This Service Level Agreement is for 1 year only, due to the Local Government Reorganisation. (The following future SLA will run for 3 years with an intent to raise one DAR to cover the full 3 Years.) The revision of the Service Level Agreement now includes all the allowable recharging allowed under REPPIR 2019 and COMAH 2015. This is a change from the previous SLA, where the Public telephone Warning System and repleneshing the Evacuee Holding Area had been left out and consequently had been reimbursed separately. All reminburable costs are now captured within the new Service Level Agreement. These are: £170k Cumbria County Council Resilience Unit labour, £15k reimbursement of Public Telephone Warning System, £17k consumables e.g. Evacuee Holding Areas, Road Cordon equipment £3k recharging by other agencies for participation in drilling and exercising the Off Site Emergency Plan. Total £205k.
