Coastline Housing is looking to procure a high quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, Customer Portal, Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and the development and support for the solution. Those that are tendering are required to study the requirements documentation and the Invitation to Tender and ensure that the specified requirements can be met by their proposed solution. The basis of the contract will include: * Purchase of Software for CRM and EDMS (the solution); * Set up of solution; * Proof of Concept; * Where needed to meet the requirements, further development of the solution; * Migration of documentation; * Migration and where necessary synchronisation of data; and * Support and maintenance of the solution for three years.
