The Council required a suitably qualified and resourced contractor to provide a building facilities management service to the estate portfolio that was identified within the tender documentation.The proposed terms and conditions for this project were JCT MTC 2016 Measured Term Contract 2016, with any relevant amendments. It was assumed that any supplier returning a tender for this requirement would have a copy and was familiar with these terms and conditions and would have previous experience of executing contracts on this basis.
