Natural Resources Wales(NRW)require a consultant to produce a Project Appraisal Report to determine a preferred option for the Cwm Ivy Marsh Inter-tidal Habitat Creation Project. The project objective is to create up to 39Ha of inter-tidal saltmarsh habitat to compensate for coastal squeeze impacts identified in the HRA of the revised Shoreline Management Plan (SMP2) for Carmarthen and Swansea Bay. Details are provided in the scope section of this document and PSC found later in this document. The final submission of the project appraisal report is expected by 31st July 2015.
