The principal outputs of the 3 year contract, is to provide a cloud based Telephone System plus relevant support and maintenance for this system and to update and improve services, cost savings, effectiveness, and resilience.In particular future proofing in respect of upward and downward scalability of the number of users. Flexibility to accommodate the Head Office (Caerphilly) and Swansea office closures at the end of November 2022 and the continuation of 109 telephone users (staff) to work remotely.
