John Graham Construction Ltd requires a competent commercial cleaning contractor that will provide a high-quality service, whilst offering good value of the expenditure of public funds.Cleaning services are required for our project site accommodation which are located at SITE A, Meadowside Street, Renfrew, PA4 8SY and SITE B Dock Street, Yoker, G81 1LX. Please see attached requirements and accommodation layouts.We envisage Site A as requiring 1 Cleaners on site 8 Hours a day, 5 days a week Monday to Friday. Site B requires 1 Cleaner, 5 hours a day, 5 days a week Monday to Friday. This will be reviewed on a regular basis.The successful tenderer should supply their own PPE, Equipment and Cleaning Products.Tendering companies should be able to demonstrate a proven track record and consistency of personnel to previous contracts.Our intention is to award this contract for a period of 1 year commencing on 14th May 2022, with the possibility of extension for approximately 6 - 8 months.
