Taff Housing Associations are seeking to appoint a suitably experience painting contractor to undertake the internal and external cyclical painting and decoration, of 119 external low-rise properties and 26 internal communal areas within low rise blocks of flats, schemes and hostels. The properties are situated within Cardiff’s inner-city areas of Canton, Riverside, Grangetown, Roath and Heath.All materials used within this contract, including the preparation and application of these materials, must adhere with no exceptions to the Crown Specification and Schedule of Works supplied for each individual property.The application of materials to previously painted surfaces will include; main wall areas, decorative banding, plinth areas and bay windows, metal rain water goods, railings and gates, timber fascia’s and soffits, canopies, window cills, plinths, entrance doors, shed doors attached to the main building and side gates.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=93602.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
