Cyclical Servicing and Inspection Service System/ Software

The Isle of Anglesey County Council are seeking quotations from appropriate service providers to provide an IT solution for co-ordinating and managing all cyclical servicing and inspections in relation to the Council’s Housing stock. The Repairs and Maintenance team (within the Housing Service) is responsible for these functions – some of which are high risk in terms of Health and Safety and statutory compliance.The Council has an ongoing project to implement a new housing management system (Orchard), a new mobile working solution (South View Solutions) and an Asset Management system (Keystone). Therefore, a key requirement for all bidders will be that there is effective integration between the proposed solution and the systems identified above.The primary functional areas for this brief are Heating Servicing (Gas, Oil and Solid Fuel), Electrical Periodic Inspections and Fire Management. However, the Council would expect that the system is sufficiently versatile and robust to incorporate additional programmes of cyclical servicing and inspections.
