One Connect Limited on behalf of Lancashire County Council (the Council) is inviting suitably experienced providers to tender for a contract to deliver Domestic Abuse Services for Victims across the 12 districts of Lancashire (excluding Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen), which will be split into Lots (North, Central, East or All of Lancashire). This joint commission will provide a core offer of services to provide support and interventions for victims, and where applicable CYP witnessing DA through a coordinated approach. This approach will enable the development of an effective, and equitable commissioned service to support the most vulnerable members of our community. It will provide a response to the spiralling number of referrals and calls for help from statutory protective services by providing the appropriate support at the earliest opportunity. Ultimately, this commission will reduce the harm caused by DA and improve outcomes for victims and CYP.
