DAERA — AFBI is looking to establish a contract for the provision of Multiparameter Marine Instruments (Sondes). The Fisheries and Aquatic Ecosystems Branch (FAEB) within AFBI is responsible for the procurement, running and maintenance of sensors, together with the collection of high quality data for LWWP. The sensors required under this contract will be deployed within the Belfast Lough catchment and may be cycled between moorings, if necessary, to allow for maintenance and calibrations to be carried out without lengthy gaps in data collection. AFBI FAEB will also require telemetry systems and data hosting packages. The contract will be separated into two Lots: Lot 1: Multi-parameter Marine Sondes; and Lot 2: Freshwater turbidity sensors with telemetry.
