DAERA Management and Delivery of the Agri - Food Co-operation Scheme (AFCS)
Descriptions
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, DAERA, (hereafter referred to as the department) requires an external contractor (hereafter referred to as the contractor) to support the department with the delivery of the Agri-food Co-operation Scheme (AFCS) (hereafter referred to as the Scheme). The contract will be for a maximum period of 6 years. The indicative budget for the full scheme, inclusive of support (grant aid) to co-operative initiatives, is in the region of 2 000 000 GBP. The contractor will be required to develop and deliver the scheme on behalf of the department and must be able to demonstrate its ability to carry out all the functions, detailed in the specification of requirements.
