NCH requires the organisation to undertake the chemical injection damp proof course and the fungus/insect eradication works to be a number of our properties internally and externally.NCH requires the successful organisation to provide a 25 (twenty five) year warranty supported by an insurance policy in terms Approved by the Client’s Representative for chemical injection damp proof course system or fungus eradication.Requirements of contractors•To undertake a risk assessment for all allocated work, including COSHH and provide these to the surveyor•Ensure appropriate PPE is worn at all times by staff, sub-contractors•A product data sheet, listing all products and risks associated, please note there may be an occasion where a resident may have pets and may require a safer chemical that is not harmful to animals.•All employees must have up to date DBS certificates. Please note NCH reserves the right to request new DBS certification where appropriate at no extra cost to NCH.•Follow NCH’s values at all time.•A customer care leaflet is too presented to tenants when the work is complete.
