The Care Council’s information architecture is based on the Microsoft Technology stack and to improve business intelligence and to achieve enterprise architecture, the Care Council will need to migrate from its current PBX system to a unified communication system.The Care Council has already invested in Microsoft Lync licensing as follows:- 1 x Microsoft Lync Server 2013- 100 x Lync Standard user CAL 2013Ideally we wish to re-invest our current infrastructure (hardware and software) where possible and require a new solution to achieve this future vision.
