NHS London Procurement Partnership (hosted by Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust) is publishing a contract award notice on behalf Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust for the Design and Build of Livingstone Community Hospital - North Kent Community Diagnostics Centre. Due to the nature of this design and build contract the initial contract value for pre construction services is £613,920.72 which will increase to a maximum of £9,156,514.16 over the lifetime to the contract, up to the point of the building works completion. This was procured via further competition on the NHS SBS framework agreement for Modular Buildings - Lot 3.
