The Authority is seeking to appoint a frameworks on the following basis:, Lot 1 - For Works with a contract value of between £50,000 and £999,999, The framework will contain providers with the necessary capacity and capability to deliver high quality services that demonstrate value for money. The services as identified in the accompanying service specification and draft contract must also be delivered in a safe and effective manner.
