ESB Networks is seeking expressions of interest to obtain a place on a qualification system that will be established for companies to carry out Commissioning and engineering-related services associated with electrical utility infrastructure in the Republic of Ireland. It is envisaged that applicants who first qualify to join the qualification system (following an Evaluation of QSQ responses from Applicants received by 15:00hrs on 08th June 2023) will be invited to participate in a procurement competition to form a national eight (8) year Commissioning and engineering-related services Framework Agreement.
