A suitably qualified organisation is sought to operate a high growth digital business start-up programme in the Liverpool City Region. It is intended that such a programme will:— identify and operate an application process for suitable start-up proposals with screening undertaken for the candidates with the most potential,— provide a programme of support for those companies identified in the first stage which allows them to finalise and implement their business plan,— undertake a second screening process that offers a programme of highly intensive support to those businesses demonstrating the most potential at the end of phase 1,— create a networking mechanism/programme and digital system that allows an increasing number of high growth businesses to interact and continue to support one another.Value ranging from 2 500 000 GBP — 3 500 000 GBP.
