Due to the ongoing Digital Transformation Programme, HMLR anticipates the need to undertake significant permanent and fixed term recruitment of Digital Specialists. The roles are to supplement the capacity and capability of the Digital, Data and Technology Profession at HM Land Registry. This will include replacing roles from natural attrition and additional roles. This requirement is to supplement the in-house recruitment team skillset by adding pro-active candidate search activity and specialist digital recruitment market knowledge. The services under the call-off contract are as follows: - Customer Planning - Candidate Identification and Attraction - Candidate Assessment and Evaluation - Candidate Feedback following interview - Pro-active search activity - Promoting HMLR's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and job roles to potential candidates - Using existing networks and databases of digital specialists - Using specialist technical and digital recruitment market knowledge to support HMLR in recruiting the best digital talent - Interviewing the potential candidate to test that they meet the Essential Criteria and Technical skills, before putting forward the shortlist to HMLR recruitment team or elected recruitment manager. This call-off contract was procured via CCS Framework RM6229 Lot 2: Non-Clinical General Recruitment. The contract term is 2 years (24 months) with 1 year (12 months) optional extension period. Volumes of spend/activity are not guaranteed.
