The Welsh Assembly Government on behalf of the Welsh Ministers requires a Contract Advisor to undertake various property valuations as set out below with the first annual valuations due on 28 February 2011. The contract is to undertake the 2011, 2012 and 2013 annual valuations (with potential for extension to include the 2014 and 2015 annual valuations) in respect of both the DE&T Portfolio and additional assets managed by DE&T, spread throughout Wales comprising:-•The Annual Asset Valuation•The Annual Joint Venture Valuation•The Annual insurance valuation•Ad hoc valuations for the existing portfolio.The Welsh Assembly Government, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, will be conducting this procurement exercise through the etenderwales portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk Tender documents and other information must be downloaded from and returned through this portal.
