Contract Reference: NWP / 30493Contract Period: 2 Years with a possibility of a final extension of 12 monthsCommencing: April 2018North Wales Police are seeking a suitable supplier/s who can undertake Decontamination Services across the North Wales geographic area with a response time of under 2 hours on a 24/7 X 365 day per year basis.The service requirement will consist of but not limited to;•The decontamination of Police Premises for example Front Counter / Reception•Custody Cells•Vehicles•Scene of Crimes•Scene of Crime equipmentSubstances to be removed will include but not be limited to, all bodily fluids, blood, vomit, faeces, urine, infestations caused by fleas, lice, scabies etc., food, graffiti, CS Incapacitant or PAVA spray, smartwater, etc.The tender process will be undertaken via the EU Supply e tendering portal on the Blue Light e Tendering Website at https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=BLUELIGHTYou are requested to register at this site free of charge after which expressions of interest can be made and the specification and any other relevant documents can be downloaded.Please note that no correspondence whatsoever will be entered into apart from the Q&A Facility within the EU Supply tendering portal.There may be a requirement for suppliers to attend a presentation day, if so the date will be advised later in the processLast date for questions will be: Friday 16th February 2018Documents available until: Wednesday 21st February 2018Closing / Return Date: 12.00 Wednesday 28th February 2018
