Hampshire County Council undertakes a large and varied programme of work involving maintenance, new build, rationalisation and refurbishment of the Council's and its clients built estate. The main areas of activity in relation to this procurement comprises individual projects or programmes of external and internal decoration works and pre-decoration repairs including joinery and window repairs, clearing flat roofs of moss and debris with gullies cleaned and rainwater goods checked to make sure outlets are free-running. Provision of scaffold and access equipment as required. Painting walls, ceilings, doors and anything previously painted and cleaning any pre-finished items within rooms. This may include replacing carpets.
