The framework will be available to all UK public sector organisations and aims to provide access to high-quality, cost-effective decorating solutions. YPO is seeking input from suppliers to help shape the scope, lotting structure, and commercial model of the future framework.
The framework will also include:
-direct supply to YPO
-painting and decorating services on an award without competition basis.
