Deep Cleaning of 5 Town Centres within Blaenau Gwent CBC

Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council are seeking tenders for the deep cleaning of five (5) of it's town centres within the borough. The sites are:-TredegarEbbw Vale (including Multi-Storey steps)BrynmawrBlainaAbertilleryThe works will include the following requirements:-1. Removal of deep stains (including oil, diesel, bird droppings, algae and fast food stains.2. Washing of pavements.3. Washing of street furniture including metal benches, bollards, litter bins, stainless steel hoop signs and railings.4. Removal of graffiti (unless scratched into surface).5. Cleaning and stain removal on walls.The works will be carried out once per year, on Sundays during the month of July. The cleansing will be undertaken on a Sunday between the hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm.There may also be a requirement to provide an ad-hoc cleaning service as and when required.
