Description of the goods or services required The GMC is looking to procure a self-managed Delegate management solution, to support secure and effective event registration and delegate management. We run a growing number of events each year from regular workshops to our larger scale annual conference. We anticipating 5000-7000 delegates will register with us annually, over the next 3 years. The solution must support online and offline delegate payment, custom registration forms, session allocation and event information including venue, agendas/papers and FAQs. We are holding information gathering sessions at our Manchester office (Centurion House) on Monday 11/12/2017 and we would like you to cover: 1.Creating a one-off and a reoccurring event (event manager). 2.Registering for an event and managing an individual booking (delegate). 3.Delegate management (event manager). 4.Information security 5.Pricing models To book a 1 hour slot, please email the Procurement Team at gmctenders@gmc-uk.org. We will operate on a first come, first served basis. Please be aware that time slots are extremely limited and are likely to fill up very quickly. We are happy to hold the sessions in person or remotely. We anticipate that a tender will be published in January 2018 for this procurement.
