In late 2015 (October) Wrexham Council and partners carried out a feasibility study on the provision of a Food Park on the Wrexham Industrial Estate.The purpose of the study was to provide Wrexham County Borough Council and its partners with a feasibility study to demonstrate the viability or otherwise of establishing a food centre on a specific site on Wrexham Industrial Estate by providing growth space and associated support facilities for businesses based at that centre.The Council is now considering the method for implementing this vision and requires an Options Appraisal to be completed to identify a preferred delivery model.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=103815.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
